Therapy

Coaching

Coaching is a forward-focused, supportive partnership aimed at helping you navigate life’s challenges and transitions, including those influenced by trauma. Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it helps you clarify goals, build practical strategies, and strengthen your confidence so you can move forward in a way that feels empowered and intentional. Coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go, offering guidance and encouragement along the way.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A ketamine-assisted therapy session combines the effects of ketamine with guided therapeutic support. You’ll be in a comfortable, safe space while the medication helps open pathways in your brain, making it easier to explore thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll work to process what comes up during and after the experience, helping you gain new insights and healing. Each session includes time to prepare beforehand and integrate what you’ve discovered afterward.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences. It’s a chance to learn from one another, build community, and practice new ways of coping together. Being part of a group can bring validation, understanding, and hope as you move toward a stronger sense of balance and resilience.
