The Whole Thread retreat.
A return to what’s been waiting in you.
The Retreat
1
Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Practices
Start the day by grounding and calming your nervous system with gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic exercises designed to bring you into the present moment and create a foundation of safety.
2
Bodywork & Gentle Movement
Engage in healing bodywork and mindful movement focused on releasing stored tension and trauma held in the body. These practices support nervous system balance and help uncover the root causes of dysregulation.
3
Reflective Journaling & Community Connection
Explore what your body needs when it’s dysregulated through guided journaling, group sharing, and somatic self-awareness practices. You’ll gain clarity around your personal nervous system patterns and discover supportive ways to respond with care, rather than override or disconnect.
If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, this is your invitation to shift. The Whole Thread Retreat offers a day of nervous system restoration, embodied insight, and space to soften what’s been holding you back.
